Dr. Dario Cambie
Post Doctoral Researcher
I completed my MSc in Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology at the University of Milan (Italy) in 2014 with a thesis on the synthesis of BACE-inhibitors with a 1,3,4-thiadiazole scaffold. Previously, I have been an intern at Bayer in Leverkusen, Germany. Later on, I have moved to the Eindhoven University of Technology to do my Ph.D. in the group of Dr. Noël. My research focused on the merge of luminescent solar concentrators and continuous flow microreactors to create a novel reactor design for solar photochemistry. I joined the group of Prof. Lee Cronin in 2019. Outside of the laboratory, I enjoy photography and traveling.
