Dr. Chang-Gen (Lin) Lin

I got my PhD at Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT), focusing on the development of POMs with new functionalities and applications in the fields of soft matter such as amphiphiles and liquid crystals, under the supervision of Prof. Yu-Fei Song. After that I joined the Beijing Advanced Innovation Center for Soft Matter Science and Engineering as a postdoc to work with Prof. Leroy Cronin, for two years, on the project of digital synthesis of MOFs by using 3D printing technology. In Oct 2017 I was appointed as a lecturer in BUCT. I joined the Cronin group as a sponsored researcher in Jul 2019, working on the digital-code-driven multi-step hydrothermal synthesis.
Outside of the lab I like reading and cooking , and I'm also big football fan of Chelsea.
