Crystallization studies on CuA from Thermus Thermophilus cytochrome oxidase
This is a project in collaboration with James A. Fee (e-mail) at UCSD and Duncan McRee at TSRI.
Duncan and his lab have written XtalView, the set of programs for protein crystallography in the X-windows environment.
In collaboration with William B. Connick at Caltech we have made spectroscopic measurements on crystals of CuA.
The results are displayed schematically above.
