Payment

UK Students: There is no registration fee for students - however that does not mean that meeting is free, students are required to give a talk title instead.

UK Academics: The subsided cost for academics and post-docs is £120. Hopefully this generous subsidy will warm your heart and make you want to submit a talk title for the meeting.

Overseas participants: We are often approached by people from various countries who have an interest in this meeting and we are delighted to welcome them. Unfortunately we are not able to offer any subsidies to people from outside of the UK. If this applies to you and you still wish to attend the meeting please contact a local organiser for prices.

Exhibitors:  The conference fee for exhibitors is £140 per person and includes all meals. We can also include accommodation onsite for a total of £250. We will add your company's logo to our programme and web-site and use it for the screen presentation background for the meeting. An exhibition stand (typically 1.8 m x 0.9 m) at the meeting is a further £250. If you wish to present a talk please state this on the registration form and we will try our best to make this possible, but we can't promise. All exhibitors must write "EXHIBIT" in the 'Enter title of talk' section of the registration form.

Payment:  Payment can be made by cheque or bank-to-bank transfer without a handling fee (details below). If you require an invoice we will charge a 2% handling fee. Email Margaret Wilson (mew@st-and.ac.uk) to request an invoice. Please supply the name and full postal address to which we should send the invoice. Please also tell us who the invoice is to cover and what.

If you prefer to pay electronically e.g. by credit card, there is also a 2% handling charge.
