I joined the Cronin Group as Postdoctoral Research Assistant in late 2017 where I’m automating multistep synthesis and coleading the Chemputer team.

In 2016 I joined the IQCC (Universitat de Girona, Catalunya) as postdoctoral researcher performing computational studies on the activation of molecular oxygen as oxidant mediated by transition metal complexes.

In 2016 I obtained a doctoral degree from the University of Groningen (Netherlands) after working on unraveling the reaction mechanism of transition metal complexes catalyzing organic molecules oxidations.

I obtained my Masters in (Physical Organic) Chemistry from the University of Rome “Sapienza” (Italy) in 2011.

Areas of expertise:

Computational chemistry, Organic Synthesis, Automation, Vibrational Spectroscopy and Electrochemistry
