Hsin (Cindy) Wang
Post Doctoral Researcher
I completed my BS studies in chemistry at Iowa State University working with Dr. Igor Slowing’s group. My research experience includes working with various 3D printing technologies (Fused deposition modelling (FDM) and stereolithography (SLA)) to produce custom catalytic devices. I also studied the functionalization (grafting) kinetics of mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSN) with trimethoxysilanes (R-TMS) using in situ 1H NMR spectroscopy. And convert lignin-derived phenols into a nylon precursor.
In 2020, I joined the Cronin group to pursue my PhD. currently working within the Reactionware team.
