PolySNAP is a very powerful program. While at the simplest level, all the user needs to do is give it an input directory and press go, there are a wealth of additional features and tuneable options available that will enable you to get more out of your data, and be able to interpret the results more easily and accurately. It is also important to learn how to tell when to take results with a pinch of salt, and know what to do when things go wrong.
