All reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed for both UK and Indian delegates.

UK Delegates

The workshop will run over 4 days, from 2nd December - 5th December 2019 inclusive. All air-fares for UK delegates will be placed through the University of Glasgow and will be pre-paid. UK delegates should pay for their own transport to/from the airport and visa fees and subsequently claim these back after the workshop. It is likely that the majority of UK delegates will fly from the UK on Saturday 30th November in order to arrive in Pune on the morning of 1st December, giving ample time to recover before the workshop starts on Monday 2nd December. It is anticipated that the majority of UK delegates will fly back to the UK on the evening of 5th December, arriving in the UK on 6th December. Other arrangements will be possible by negotiation. Full details of flight plans and how to arrange alternative arrangements (should delegates wish to do so) will be provided to successful applicants in due course.
