I received my BSc from the University of Muenster and did my bachelor’s thesis on Molecular Dynamics studies of solvent solutions for lithium-ion batteries.
During my studies, I was always fascinated by the interplay of computational methods and hands-on lab work. In my Master, I further fostered that interest and worked on an interdisciplinary project focused on in-vitro assay development for novel antibiotic substances and the in-silico screening and modelling of potential antibiotic candidates and binding sites.
Since joining the Cronin Group in 2022 for my PhD I have been developing computational methods to push the boundaries of chemical exploration forward.
